Uncle Mike’s is hands down a hidden gem! I ordered the steak sandwich and it was absolutely amazing perfectly cooked, tender, and packed with flavor. It came with creamy mac and cheese that felt like comfort food at its best, plus homemade bread that reminded me of focaccia but lighter and even better. On top of that, I tried the pear and gorgonzola pizza with pine nuts an unexpected combo that worked beautifully, balancing sweet, savory, and nutty flavors in every bite. And the kicker? All of this was only $24! For the quality, creativity, and portion size, the value is unbelievable. I can’t stress enough how good the food is here. The best prosciutto pizza I've ever had! Our server suggested we have the prosciutto cooked and he wasn't wrong. The sweetness of the fig jam balanced perfectly with the saltiness. The white pizza was also great. Glad there was plenty of room for our stroller so our son could relax and eat pizza with us. Can't wait to come back and try more.

This place was recommended to me and it was a total win. I tried the Gasparilla pizza, full of flavor and fresh ingredients, and the Prosciutto with fig jam, which was absolutely delicious — the sweet and salty combo was perfect. The gluten-free crust was surprisingly good, with great texture and taste — hard to find! Also, the sauce is homemade, you can taste how fresh it is, and best of all: no acidity at all. You can really feel the care and quality in every bite. Highly recommended!
